Return and Refund Policy

Because our items are custom made to order, we don't offer returns.

We do not offer refunds on our items unless they have been lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. If you do have any issues with your order we ask that you reach out within 14 days of delivery to have the issues resolved.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it we’ll go ahead and process a full refund for you at no charge.
